Registration Guidelines for New Students
Al Mirfa International Private School welcomes new students to its educational family. Here are the steps and procedures followed to ensure a smooth and clear enrollment process.
First: General Admission Criteria
- Age: The student must meet the age requirements set by the Department of Education and Knowledge (ADEK) for each grade level.
- Entrance Tests: All new students (from Kindergarten 1 and above) undergo placement tests in core subjects (Arabic, English, and Mathematics) as well as an interview.
- Vacant Seats: Final admission is based on the availability of seats at the required stage of study.
Second: Required Documents (Electronic or Paper Files)
- A copy of the student’s ID.
- Copy of the student’s passport with a valid residence permit (for non-citizens).
- Copy of the family book for citizens.
- Academic Certificate for the Final Year.
- A school transfer certificate from the previous school (Attested by the embassy if the student is from outside the UAE).
- A copy of the student’s vaccination book and health record.
- Recent personal photos (2).
- A copy of the father’s and mother’s ID.
Third: Registration Procedures
- Fill out the application by visiting the school’s registration department or through the website.
- Scheduling an Assessment: The Admissions Department will contact you to schedule a student test.
- Admission Approval: After passing the test and interview, an official acceptance letter is issued.
- Fee Payment: Registration fees must be paid (as per school regulations) to secure seat reservation, which is non-refundable but deducted from the total school fees.
Fourth: Important Notes
- The registration application will be cancelled if the required documents are not submitted within the specified period.
- Parents should disclose any health conditions or learning difficulties the student is facing to ensure appropriate support is provided.
